| The owner, Bob Regan, has been in the construction trades for over 25 years. |

| Jane has worked with Bob on many of his whole house and large remodel projects. In her spare time, Jane sings with the San Francisco Lyric Chorus. |

| More and more, Jane and Bob found that a successful project is the result of careful planning, detailed design input up front from the client, and a clear understanding of costs, timing, and expectations. |

| By taking on the career education necessary to be able to draw and detail Kitchen and Bath plans, coupled with an intimate understanding of construction, plumbing design and lighting requirements, Jane has taken the most difficult part of the job and makes it easy for the homeowner to plan, refine and cost the materials to bring their remodeling idea to life, while infusing the project with vitality, design flair, and timeliness to ensure materials are on the jobsite day one. |
